Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our taco truck team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and the ability to lead a kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of food production, including menu planning, preparation, and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop new recipes and maintain high standards for quality control
- Collaborate with the management team to create a memorable dining experience for guests

Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Experience in catering, dietary department, and food production
- Strong kitchen management skills including supervising and food service management
- Proficiency in food preparation, food management, and bartending
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices
